mountain of happiness

A gallery instead of a collage, its Tuesday’s triptych with a difference . Making the most of macros with my Ricoh CX3 and a windowsill herb garden. A chance to closely study the pollinators that are drawn to Oregano blooms – no wonder this herb translates as mountain happiness.

    1. thank you Hans, I was pleased with the results of the Ricoh especially as I’ve tended to relegate it to second place to the Lumix – but it can still shoot straight and close 😉

  1. Lovely photos Laura, oregano is such a pretty plant. I really should make the effort to cook with it more often, but in the mean time I love growing it for the smell, the flowers, and to watch it being mobbed by the pollinators.
