Dialogue & Juxt-a-poses

urbanicity – speaking volumes with photofunia!

This week’s photo challenge was just up my street, as it were, since Frédéric Biver‘s  topic of  ‘Dialogue’ is essentially akin to my juxt-a-pose series  i.e. joining two different pictures in one story, each reflecting something of the other.

“dialogue can be perceived as a consensual interaction between two images.” F.B
“placed next to each other, each photograph opens up to meanings that weren’t there when viewed alone.” F.B.
“Each composition reveals the photographer’s specific sensitivity to certain content or visual elements.” F.B.

Juxt-a-pose series: similar to a diptych but instead of two aspects of the same, the aim is to blend, almost seamlessly at times, 2 different photos that tell 1 story

  1. Great ! Just great! You’re really showing a playfull approach to this theme. One can feel the consistence of every composition u did. I’m happy to see that u totally understood the theme of the dialog. Well done and keep going!!
