a pipeline of 500

I’m an avid fan of cranes and in the last few years, they have congregated in various corners, both sides of the Thames. With a further 500 tall buildings in the planning pipeline for the whole of  London, there will be many more to come [click to view]

All architecture has its critics and each style has been avant-garde in its time. I have become more open to the idea of adventurous glass and steel style that is pushing itself to new heights on London’s skylines…but I wonder do we need all this and why?

The quote is tongue-in-cheek paranoia regarding foreign investment but conspicuous consumption it certainly is.
